BLACK BEAN AND HAM 1 Qt.

Who ever knew a nice hot bowl of big, thick black beans, made into a soup could possibly be this good? We did of course. That's why our Black Bean and Ham soup is one of our personal favorites and we wanted to offer it to you here. The sweet, distinctive taste of perfectly cooked ham punches through in every bite, and is surrounded by the rich, dark taste of the black beans that softly crunch and explode with every bite, the pop of bits of onion, and spiciness of the jalapeno sprinkled throughout, are all delicately flavored with cilantro and our special blend of spices and seasonings.  It really does not get any better than this, another soup that is on the very top of the comfort food, best-of list!

INGREDIENTS: black beans, water, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, pork and beef base, spices

 

Directions for reheating:
Thaw in refrigerator or under cool running water. Pour into a bowl and heat in microwave or on stove until 165 degrees; stirring occasionally.
